Terms of Service

Last updated: March 18, 2026

1. General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the europartline.com website and the purchase of products from EuroPartLine, operated by MB Lemos, a Lithuanian Small Partnership (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales

EuroPartLine primarily serves business customers — automotive workshops, resellers, and trade professionals. Pricing, payment terms, and volume discounts are available to registered business accounts. Consumer protection regulations (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive) may apply differently to B2B transactions. If you are a consumer, please contact us before ordering.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility information are accurate. However, product data is sourced from manufacturers and third-party catalogs (including TecDoc) and may contain errors. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify part compatibility with their vehicle before ordering, using OE numbers, VIN, or manufacturer specifications.

All product images are representative. Actual products may differ slightly in appearance.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include 21% Lithuanian VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • EU-registered businesses may reclaim VAT on purchases. Provide your valid VAT number when registering.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
  • Payment terms for approved business accounts are net 14 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors are identified.

5. Orders & Availability

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by issuing an order confirmation. Stock availability is updated regularly but not guaranteed in real-time. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship from our EU warehouse (Lithuania) worldwide via LP Express and partner carriers.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and service level.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (for B2B shipments).
  • Import duties and taxes for non-EU destinations are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Products must be in original packaging and resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Installed or used parts cannot be returned unless they are defective.

8. Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified by the original brand. We do not provide additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers. Warranty claims should be submitted with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on europartline.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of MB Lemos or its licensors. Product names, brand names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Lemos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to vehicle damage, labor costs, or lost profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania. For EU consumers, the European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
